Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or joining the membership at The Professional Woman UK (“TPW”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Introductory Sessions Your first TPW session is complimentary. Attending the introductory session does not obligate you to join the membership.

2. Membership Contributions. Monthly membership is £30/month. Annual membership is £330/year. Membership begins the month following your introductory session. Payments are processed automatically through Stripe.

All prices are final. No VAT is charged, as The Professional Woman UK is not VAT‑registered.

3. Refund Policy All membership contributions are non‑refundable, including previous payments. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

4. Cancellation Policy You are responsible for cancelling your membership if you no longer wish to continue. Cancellations made after a billing date apply to the next cycle.

5. Nature of Services TPW provides professional and personal development conversations, community support, and reflective sessions. TPW does not provide legal advice, or medical support.

6. Code of Conduct Members agree to: Maintain confidentiality within sessions and the community. Show respect for the TPW space and other members. Please, visit detailed code of conduct section below for info. Avoid disruptive or harmful behaviour.

TPW reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this code.

The Professional Woman (TPW) is a faith‑led community committed to respect, integrity, encouragement, and mutual support. By engaging with TPW events, platforms, communications, or community spaces, members agree to uphold these values.

The following behaviours are not permitted within the TPW community or in relation to TPW on public or private platforms:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behaviour

  • Toxic, abusive, or disrespectful language

  • Berating, shaming, or publicly disparaging other members, facilitators, or TPW representatives, including on social media or external platforms

  • Gossip, defamation, or the spreading of harmful or misleading information

  • Any conduct that undermines the faith‑led, respectful, and supportive nature of the TPW community

TPW reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove content, restrict participation, or suspend or terminate membership or access where behaviour is deemed inconsistent with the values and purpose of the community.

All members are expected to engage in a manner that reflects grace, accountability, and respect for others.
